| Please be informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, 28 September 2019. AGENDA 1. Welcome address by the President, IME(I). 2. Adoption of the Minutes of the 35th AGM. held on Saturday, 27September 2018 at IMEI House, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. 3. Adoption of the audited accounts for the period 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2019. 4. Confirm appointment of an Auditor at a remuneration of INR 60,000/- plus taxes, for the financial year 2019-2020. 5. Presentation of the Governing Council Summary Report for the period to 16 July 2018 to 15 July 2019. 6. Submission of the amendments / changes made to the Operational Rules & Procedures after the 35th AGM. 7. Declaration of the “H S Rao Memorial Award” for 2018-2019. 8. Declaration of the “R L Jain Memorial, IME(I) Lifetime Achievement Award” for the year 2019. 9. Address by the incumbent President IME(I). 10. Announcement of the result of elections to the Governing Council for the term 2019-2021. 11. Address by the President (elect). 12. Any other matter with the prior permission of the Chair. 13.
